There's a new mister in town and I'm in love. I refer to my mister as my new boyfriend, but the Consonant Insta Spritz can also be your mum's new mister, and yours too. Launched earlier this week by one of Canada's OG natural skincare brands (Consonant is celebrating its 13th birthday this year), the Insta Spritz is already an obsession for aggressive hydrators (i.e. me) who like to mist between skincare applications.
Speaking of skincare, if I were a mum, I'd have been dropping massive potential-gift hints about a 30mL bottle of Consonant Hydrextreme ($149; currently on sale for $119 CAD at sephora.com). One of my ride-or-die hydration-boosting serums for mature and/or dry and/or dehydrated skin, it was a suggestion in my Sephora sale post, too. I mention it again so soon partly because it's That Good, an uncomplicated, goes-with-everything waterless combination of two water-attracting ingredients that together are more powerful than pure hyaluronic acid, and partly because the brand is playing matchmaker with the new mister. That's good news for your wallet.
Rather than buying Hydrextreme via the above Sephora affiliate link 👆🏼 right now (unless you want to take advantage of the current 20%-off prices on all Consonant skincare), follow the suggested directions in the next paragraph...
Hotlink over to 👉🏼 the non-affiliate Consonant website because for a limited time a 30mL Consonant serum or 50mL Consonant moisturizer comes with a complimentary Consonant Insta Spritz. A rechargeable micronizer that emits the finest of mists (much like a mini humidifier), the unit has a cap that unscrews to serve as a reservoir Mum can fill with water plus a few drops of her favourite hydrating serum (Consonant suggests Hydrextreme, or any water-based serum to avoid gunking up the mechanism). The Insta Spritz compact size makes it an ideal travel companion, too; wherever she goes, Mum can happily put her mister to work throughout the day.
Also available on its own, so you can get your own mister, and maybe a mister for a friend while you're at it, the Consonant Insta Spritz ($18 CAD at consonantskincare.com) comes with a little USB charging cable in the box. And for outside-of-Canada friends, the brand ships internationally.
Now that I think about it, this may not be the best last-minute suggestion for Mother's Day unless you have wheels to get to a Consonant location or don't mind giving mum her gift a bit past May 5th. *grin*
If you weren't in the market for a new mister before this post, do you think you might be leaning toward one now?
