The Project Runway (among other things) superstar goes from bare face to glam on Instagram (and I – we? – can't stop watching).

Heidi Klum with Linda Hay and Andy Le Compte at the Beverly Hilton pre-Golden Globes 2018

Heidi Klum went from bare face to beautifully made up on Instagram tonight before the 2018 Golden Globes. Her longtime makeup artist Linda Hay posted the vid; shot at the Beverly Hilton hotel, it also includes hairstylist Andy Le Compte plus Dyson Supersonic. Tom Bachik was on manicure duty, but we don't see him here.)

My favourite part of this video (other than the irresistible allure of a transformation in progress) is near the end, the blink-and-you'll-miss-it application of those lower-lash falsies, a signature Heidi Klum look I interviewed Linda Hay about back in 2011.

And of course, a closeup-ish of those lower-lash falsies, which may or may not be Ardell Flare Mini Lashes (that's what Linda told me she used back in 2011). I confess, it's six or seven years after my chat with Linda Hay and I've yet to try fake lower lashes. #mybad #soon

Here's Linda's beauty kit – Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint made an appearance, but details about the rest of Heidi's makeup weren't so obvious. Stay tuned for a product rundown...

Actually, do you need a product rundown? How much does what a makeup artist uses on his or her celebrity client matter to you?
