Greetings, fellow nail nerdies! I gots more Pahlish to show you today! August was a busy month for Pahlish. Shannon (and her hubs) cranked out the Afternoon Tea Collection plus 6 more new releases that don’t have an official collection name. I have 4 of the 6 to share with you! Let’s loooook!
pahlish august 2017 general release swatches
Pahlish Daughters of Triton (above). How many coats? 2. Wait for it…
Pahlish Daughters of Triton w/ side salad (above). Bam! It’s holo! Holo with multichome flakies! And it’s got this crazy oceanic feel, right? You know, like Triton – son of Poseidon? And I guess his daughters?
Pahlish Ursula (above). Ooooh… aaaahh… This 2-coat shade speaks to me. Here, with just natural light comin’ in my window (and no top), there’s a softness and a strength about it.
Pahlish Ursula (above). If I tilt this way, the raisin-grape and the flakies kinda come out to play a little more.
Pahlish Ursula w/ side salad (above). And then, if I smack it in butt with some grass, she’s holo! And it turns into a whole other shade! Holos are endlessly fascinating.
Pahlish Borealis w/ side salad (above). Ooooh.. Lookit all that blue shimmery stuffs! Or wait…
Pahlish Borealis w/ side salad (above). Maybe it’s purple shimmery stuffs…
Pahlish Borealis (above). Or both! Gah! Just hand over the duo and nobody will get hurt! I seriously can’t resist a shifter. I just can’t. And a dark purple-blue shifter? Gimme!!!
Pahlish Thistle (above). That’s just 2 coats, friends! And there’s no top coat on there. It’s a crazy soft pearly pink kind of greeny grey that screams foggy fall morning, ain’t it? Without top coat, to me it feels so serene.
Pahlish Thistle w/ top coat (above). And if you add some top coat you get this nutty level of complete sophistication. That red shifting shimmer... it might have just won all the things. Like, all.
See? Thistle wins all the things.
That’s what I gots! There are a couple more new shades but you gotta head to Pahlish FB or IG to see 'em. Now the question is, will you be shoppin’ for any of it? And if you are (or did), what did you end up with in your cart? I neeeed to know! Tell!!
Oh. Durr. Where can you get these pretty August 2017 Pahlish releases? Well Pahlish.com of course! And, as with all indie polish makers, you’ll want to check their site for processing times just so you get an idea of how long it’ll take these to land on your doorstep! Mine took just over a week to get from Nashville to Toronto, Canada. Not bad, huh?
Happy Pahlish shoppin’ errybody!
