Because 1000 days of untrieds is already enough of a challenge, I’m making up the rules as I go. My new rule: if it ain’t been used in over 1000 days (give or take), it reverts to an untried and I can use it for #TBT (Throwback Thursday). Ha! My stash of untrieds just quadrupled 50x over! But you know what? It means that I get to paint with some of my favourite old things as well as a bunch of new things! Smart, right?

@verafone made me smile really big with her comment about my Black Magic. I've heard stories that some people need 2 coats for opaque coverage. If you're one of those people, you needa leave your bottle open (with the cap still sitting on it) overnight. In the morning, close down the cap, give it a good shake, and see if that helps. If not, repeat. It's possible the formula changed since I bought my 8 bottles and the new stuff is thinner. Maybe.
