We’re just under a month away from Indie Expo Canada so I thought I’d show you a polish from one of the vendors who’ll be there! It’s Fair Maiden Polish and this is Metamorphosis (I can’t be the only one who has a hard time typing that word, can I?).
All mah swatches (except the last one) are 3 coats of Metamorphosis plus my favourite Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat.
I tell ya what, this polish is fairly stuffed with things that shift! For every kind of light that hits it, it has a different mood. In my estimation, that makes it kinda special.
I should probably mention the inspiration, right? Nah, I’ll just show you!
Metamorphosis by Vladimir Kush (below) was Fair Maiden’s “Famous Works of Art” inspiration for this lovely, moody polish that was available last month from PolishPickup.com.
What’s PolishPickup.com? As far as I can tell from wandering around the site, it’s a place where a whack of Indie makers create themed stuff (based on a monthly theme that you can vote on) and then you go there, see what they’ve come up with, and choose to buy whatever appeals to you that month.
The best part? You can buy one or two or all.
The other best part? Shipping is inexpensive (a flat rate of $3USD no matter how many you choose) – even to Canada!
The store is open the first Friday thru Monday of each month and after that, you’re out of luck for another 30 days. If you’re reading this from May 5th-8th, 2017, you might just wanna head over there and see what’s available. I got me 2 May shades! Anyone wanna guess which ones?
Um, if you have trouble controlling your Indie-Shopping-Self, you really won’t want to see the amazeballz swatches of some of the May 2017 PolishPickup.com shades that Lisa at CosmeticSanctuary.com has.
See ya’ll soon, polish friends!
