One of the most interesting things I've learned about you via our most recent testing program, fellow beautygeeks, is that you aren't really afraid to wear "stupid bright/cherry red lipstick." You just wanted your bold colour to respect its boundaries. And now that many of you have discovered clear lipliner via No Bleeding Lips, you're set to wear your brightest and boldest with confidence. So how about doing it for a cause?Kisses 4 Canfar wants Canadians to wear red lipstick from now until Valentine's Day in order to raise awareness and funds for continued HIV and AIDS research. You can donate through your favourite participant profile, collect donations yourself via your own Kisses 4 Canfar profile, and/or help Aldo raise money for Canfar too -- for each $30 Aldo gift card you sell to friends, family, Twitter followers etc., Aldo will donate $15 to Canfar.

Here, let these Canadians give you the rundown:

Now here's how you can participate:

If you decide to create a profile, come back and let us know in the comments below, and when you tweet, cc @Beautygeeks so Staff can retweet to help spread the word. She might even buy an Aldo gift card or 20.

And if bright lips are still a beauty goal slightly beyond your reach, you could use this worthwhile cause as a great way to jump in!

Some of us wear red (or fuschia) lipstick because it's a day with a name that ends in "y." Rebecca Perrin, Karen Kwan and Aya McMillan, thanks for the spur-of-the-moment buddy shots!
