WHAT MAKEUP BRUSH CAN'T YOU LIVE WITHOUT?

The Lipstick League's penchant for hypothetical "would you rather" questions sometimes makes me crazy. This week, we've decided on "if an evil person made you surrender all your makeup brushes except ONE, which would you keep and why?" And after a bit of a struggle, my answer is the one I can't buy.

Maybelline Brow Drama Pro Palette – I love that wee spoolie brush

Maybelline Brow Drama Pro Palette – I'm all about that mini spoolie brush.

I rely quite heavily on only two brushes – I can do most of my face with just my fingertips for tools. But I do like a flattish large powder brush for my favourite pressed powder (Charlotte Tilbury Air Brush Flawless Finish – adore), and a mini spoolie brush I swiped from a Maybelline Brow Drama Pro Palette. Making me choose between them would be evil indeed, because they're essentials. It's only two brushes, for heaven's sake!

Amaterasu Liquid Brow Liner pen + mini spoolie brush = essentials

Brow must-haves: Amaterasu Liquid Brow Liner and mini spoolie brush.

Still, theoretically choose I must, and after realizing I could use a flat puff for my powder if I needed to (because a puff is not a brush, so there), I'd be upset indeed if someone tried to stop me from using my teeny spoolie brush for my brows. It's the perfect and perfectly-sized tool with my Amaterasu Brow Liner pen. I apply a few strokes of the marker-like colour and use my wee spoolie to comb through to create a natural finish. I can't do my brows without it, and I need brows to have a face. Try to take my spoolie from me and you'll be sorry. *menacing grin*

So, could you choose just one makeup brush if you had to? And by "had to," I mean if someone paid you a million dollars to choose, cuz that's what it would take for me.
