Bliss Holiday 2014_Bliss Handy Candy hand cream set

Okay, I'm addressing this Bliss Holiday 2014 gift set round-up to Santa. One of my favourites last year was a mini-hand-cream duo that included a tube of Bliss Blood Orange + White Pepper Hand Cream that served as a conversation starter when I shared with random strangers. And I don't know anyone who isn't a sucker for Bliss Lemon + Sage everything. And then there's the other lure of sets like this: save on the contents, and take them apart to create your own gift singles or combos.

Bliss Holiday 2014_Bliss Bathing Brilliance_Bliss Lemon and Sage Body Butter_Bliss Lemon and Sage Soapy Suds

Bliss Bathing Brilliance ($57 value, $43 at sephora.ca and thebay.com*; in the US it's a $47 value, $33 at sephora.com and blissworld.com).

Hands up if for you Lemon + Sage = bliss. And hands up again if you think the ideal Bliss holiday gift set should simply include everything Lemon + Sage: SuperShine shampoo, Conditioning Rinse, Soapy Suds, Body Bar, Body Scrub, Body Butter, and mini Body Butter to use as hand cream. The Ultimate Bliss, if you will. But since that Ultimate Bliss gift set does not yet exist, this Bliss Bathing Brilliance duo of Lemon + Sage Soapy Suds will do. I'll have two, please Santa. (*As of late September, Hudson's Bay does not yet list the new sets; instead there's last year's Lemon + Sage body butter + soapy suds + shower puff set for $49.)

Bliss Rock the Party ($75 value, $56 at sephora.ca; in the US it's a $65 value, $45 at sephora.com

This is one of those holiday 2014 sets Bliss fans will want for themselves before the holiday-shindig season begins -- it's all about party prep, and there are more of those before Christmas than there are afterward. In the box: a mini Bliss High Intensity Hand Cream, Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask, Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Eye Masks, and Bliss Fat Girl Slim Skin Firming Cream.

Bliss Holiday 2014_Bliss Crown Jewels gift set_Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask_Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash_Bliss The Love Handler_Bliss Lemon and Sage Body Butter

Bliss Crown Jewels ($75 value, $56 at sephora.ca and thebay.com; in the US it's a $65 value, $45 at sephora.com and blissworld.com

At the moment the Bliss website is the only one that lists this holiday gift set. It will be available at Hudson's Bay; am checking regarding Sephora. The Bliss Crown Jewels set includes: Bliss Triply Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask, Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash, Bliss The Love Handler Waist-Targeting Cooling Gel and a nice big tube of Lemon + Sage Body Butter.

Bliss Holiday 2014_Bliss Handy Candy hand cream gift set_Bliss Peppermint High Intensity Hand Cream_Bliss Naked Hand Cream_Bliss Snowflake Hand Cream_Bliss High Intensity Hand Cream

Bliss Handy Candy ($46 value, $30 at sephora.ca; in the US it's a $36 value, $25 at blissworld.com; only listed at blissworld.com so far)

Everyone should have this Bliss holiday 2014 set. I wish Blood Orange + White Pepperand Lemon + Sage were in it, but whatevs. The Bliss Handy Candy gifty-thing = a Bliss Peppermint Hand Cream, Bliss Naked Hand Cream, Bliss Snowflake Hand Cream, and Bliss High Intensity Macadamia Oil + Grapeseed Extract Hand Cream.

Bliss Holiday 2014_Bliss Buttah Bling gift set_Bliss Grapefruit and Aloe body butter_Bliss Lemon and Sage Body Butter_Bliss Blood Orange and White Pepper body butter

Bliss Buttah Bling! ($109 value, $49 at sephora.ca; in the US it's an $87 value, $39 at sephora.com and blissworld.com)

I'm such a sucker for Bliss body butter. My winter-cranky skin likes the texture and my mood likes the scents. Buttah Bling includes full-sized tubes of Bliss Grapefruit + Aloe, Bliss Lemon + Sage, and Bliss Blood Orange + White Pepper body butters.

Bliss holiday 2014_Bliss Be Spa-Velous_gift set

Bliss holiday 2014: Bliss Be Spa-Velous ($75 value, $56 at sephora.ca; in the US it's a $56 value, $45 at sephora.com)

This spa-at-home Bliss holiday set is aces -- you need one for yourself at least. If you're a body scrub fan and you've not yet tried the Bliss Hot Salt Scrub, you must -- winter's coming! This box includes a full-size tub of Bliss Hot Salt Scrub, along with a small Bliss High Intensity 24-Heaven Healing Body Balm (it contains smoothing lactic acid and calming colloidal oatmeal), Bliss Foot Patrol (dosed with salicylic acid and peppermint oil), and three single-use packets of the new Bliss Multi-Face-eted All-in-One Anti-Aging Clay Mask (with kaolin clay, brightening kojic acid, and 10% smoothing glycolic acid).

Bliss holiday 2014_Bliss Diamonds for the Rough mini-hand-cream duo set

Bliss Diamonds for the Rough ($23 value, $15 at sephora.ca and thebay.com; in the US it's an $18 value, $12.50 at sephora.com and blissworld.com; only listed at blissworld so far).

Duos like this are easy little gifts or stocking stuffers, right? Diamonds for the Rough is two purse-size tubes of hand cream, Snowflake and Peppermint.

Bliss Holiday 2014_Bliss Mistletoe Gems_bliss high intensity hand cream and bliss fabulips lip balm

Bliss Mistletoe Gems ($23 value, $15 at sephora.ca; in the US it's an $18 value, $12 at sephora.com and blissworld.com)

Such a practical duo, with a purse-size Bliss High Intensity Hand Cream and the nicely emollient Bliss Fabulips Softening Lip Balm (non-waxy texture, melts over the lips like a soft oil).

Bliss Holiday 2014_Bliss Lemony Trinkets duo

My favourite of these duos is Bliss Lemony Trinkets($13 at sephora.ca and $10 at sephora.com), which pairs a travel-size Lemon + Sage Soapy Suds with a mini Lemon + Sage Body Butter. (It's really the travel-size version of the Bliss Bathing Brilliance gift set earlier in this post.)

All these should be up on the listed websites in October. Anything going on your shopping list? How about your own gimme-that list? Do you buy gift sets to break apart for other presents?
