Staff says I’m obsessed with bath or shower stuff. Could be she’s right. The bath or shower is prime aromatherapy time at the At-Home Spa. Make an invigorating scent choice in the morning to direct the day, or try to change its mind with a soothing scent at night.
Lavender is commonly used in aromatherapy to encourage tension to leave the room. J.R. Watkins Natural Apothecary Lavender Body Oil ($7.99 CAN) is a blend of 99.5 percent natural grapeseed, macadamia, apricot, avocado and safflower oils, and lavender essential oil. A few drops in the bath preps a mood for a soft landing at the end of a long, stressful day, and massaged into damp skin it can set you up for silky skin and sweet dreams. Of course, if you’ve woken up tense — many of us do these fewer-co-worker days — a little Lavender Body Oil on skin after your shower might help take the a.m. edge off.
Better douse the staff in it pronto.
J.R. Watkins is available at select drugstores, Superstores and at jrwatkins.com.*

This looks soooo good. I have a thing for body oils!
i think i have a crush on your staff…..::))
They played well on the old-fashioned packaging style. I may inspire to take a morning bath, instead of a shower, a few times a week.
That sounds like a lovely relaxed way to start a day, Kim! I should try that myself — can’t believe I haven’t yet!
I loooooove body oils too! Prefer them over lotion sometimes, and then in seriously winter-dry times, pre-lotion — dreamy skin!
She’ll be flattered when she reads your comment!
