F is for Fondue: Green & Black's Dark Chili-Infused Fondue

Like I need to write a jaunty Valentine's Day aka Chocolate Day intro.

Dark Chili-Infused Fondue (serves two to three -- or one)
1 110 gr (3.5 oz) bar of Green & Black's Organic Dark 70%
1/2 cup of 35% cream
1 tbsp + 2 tsps water
2 dried, chopped red chilis

Dippies:
• caramelized banana slices, cherries, apple slices, pastry squares and chips

Directions -- stovetop:
• Break up chocolate and put in a saucepan with the cream and water. Over low heat stir with a small wire whisk until ingredients are smooth and combined. Add red chilis and stir.
• If the resulting sauce is too thick, add a few drops of water and whisk to blend.
• Serve in a small bowl for easy dippie dipping.
•If fondue gets cool and thick, microwave for 10 seconds and stir; repeat if necessary.

Directions -- microwave:
• Break up chocolate and put in plastic bowl with the cream and water.
• Give the mix 10- to 20-second bursts in the microwave, whisking in between, until blended and warm. Stir in chilis.

And for dessert, Amaretto-Almond Fondue
1 100 gr (3.5 oz) bar of Green & Black's Milk Chocolate and Almond
1/8 cup + 1 tbsp water
2 tbsps (1 oz) Amaretto
instructions pretty much as above

Dippies:
• strawberries, peach slices, grapes, almonds
