I can’t tell you how it irritates me that I can’t get the apostrophe to point the right way when I use it in front of an abbreviated word with a capital letter, such as ‘Nuff. Is that actually correct? Shouldn’t it look like this, ’nuff, going left? Well, the usual tricks don’t work — it just keeps hanging right. AAARGH!

OMG, it’s confirmed. I’m a complete geek. I knew most of those! And the trick with the quotation marks, typing two then deleting the first, was exactly the “usual trick” that DIDN’T work! ARGH! I’ll say, though, that I’m a lazy-ass geek. Can’t be bothered to learn the PC codes to fix stuff. I just blame the PC. I’m a Mac girl, all the way :-)
